Hi there my name is Nick and I want to be your sons/daughters tutor. I graduated from Kellam HS in June of 2009. I am going for my history major with a minor in education. I am very good with history and explaining it in a simple fashion that most people tend to understand. I am also good in general math and English. In fact when i took my placement test to get my admitence in to class i was placed in to ENG 111 which is non remidial class. Now if your child is having problems with algebra 1 or 2 I can show them ways to use a calculator that will blow there teachers mind.
Experience
I have tutored several people in history and in english. Math im not going to sit here and lie is not my strong suit unless i have a TI-83 or better sitting in front of me. Although simple math is a walk in the park, IE Adding, Subtraction, Multiplying, Dividing. And just to make you feel better as a parent with me tutoring your child, I did take two years in a Public Saftey class. So im not just a random joe walking in to your house. I was on police internships and so I feel like i got a bit more of an edge than some of these folks that are on here.
