Education
I recently completed my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Contracts and Acquisitions, which I received from Strayer University. It took me forever for various reasons but I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I will soon be returning to obtain my MBA. I also hold an Associates Degree from Mountain View College (graduated 1987) in Legal Office as well as a Paralegal Certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies (graduated 1992).
Experience
My career is a niche in Contracts and Subcontracts Administration, which I have over 20 years experience. I have working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (printed in well over 2000 pages in about 4 font) to support my federal government contracting experience. Throw a little commercial contracting in there as well. My desire to be a tutor stems from my educational experience with the concentration classes I took while pursuing degree. It was during those classes that I recognized that there really wasn't adequate guidance from the instructors in those specific classes because the majority of them had no real world experience, which really makes a difference. I'd love to give assistance to those following the same career path (cost and price analysis, business ethics, principals of contracts administration, procurement and contract law... you name it). For essay editing, I am willing to help anyone who needs or wants the help. I will strive to help bring you the best grade possible. While I am currently a contracts administrator, my goal is to eventually work into an adjunct professorship (to start with) focusing on business and contracts/acquisitions classes.

Hobbies
My primary interest is researching my family history. Getting in touch with my family's past is a fascinating topic for me. In fact, I learned along the way that my ancestors owned a marble quarry in Pennsylvania and their marble was commissioned in the building of the Washington Monument. Four pieces are embedded within the walls. I also enjoy writing to people in other countries. I find that people are really the same no matter where their sun rises. I also enjoy following current events and have a growing interest in politics.
