I was born in Japan and lived there for the first part of my life. I am also a native Japanese speaker, but am bilingual and can write, read, and speak both English and Japanese. I came to the U.S. after attending Meiji Gakuin University in Japan. I have taught both of my young sons to be bilingual in Japanese and English as well.As a tutor, I am patient, friendly, and easygoing. I also adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of each individual student.I tutor students in Japanese, TOEFL, and test preparation.In my spare time, I like to cook, read, and watch movies. I live in Lorton, Virginia.
