I've been a teacher in elementary school for many years. Helping a child reach his or her full potential is incredibly rewarding. I've always known I wanted to teach and spent many years working with children's programs mentoring and tutoring. There are many subjects I can tutor, including elementary math, science, geography, social studies, science, English, reading, and phonics. Currently, I am a second-grade teacher in a public school in Virginia, but I have taught in fourth, and fifth grade also. I attended Longwood University. For fun I like to read dystopian books, Harry Potter, watch crime solving shows, and swim.
